Man, I'm really ashamed that this game wasn't as big in Wollongong as it was in Sydney at times. I mean, selecting 3 fighters to form a team was a brilliant idea =]

Anyone else enjoyed the franchise as much as I did? My favourite KOF was '98, easily.

My team was usually:

Shingo, Iori, Kyo

I remember KOF back at Wollongong at one point, but I was never good at it (in fact, I don't think I was ever really good at fighting games).

xP Ah well, it was a pretty solid series; I enjoyed it up until 2002. Then I don't know, I never kept in sync with new releases etc.

I ended up getting KOF12 for Christmas also.

This game is vastly different to the previous installments to the series. The character selection isn't exactly the best array anticipated and the move-sets have been altered quite significantly for some characters (i.e. Iori).

Anyone else ended up buying this game?
